Ahh, Jocularity

So I have been sitting here all week, doing my geekery and trying to wrassle slackware on to a Dell 1850 PERC system, with CSPAN tuned to the Alito hearings in the background. I thought that I heard the term "Scalito" the other day, took pause, then shrugged it off as the subliminal wishful thinking of an overactive liberal subconscious.

Whoops! It's true. Our esteemed Senator, John Cornyn, (who still holds the title of "Texas public official most likely to say something rock-dumb foolish when trying to think on his feet in front of a camera and that includes Goodhair Perry"), addressed him by that name. To his face. Twice.
